Students, as you know, I am using Apple’s QuickTime streaming server for all videos in all my classes beginning this semester, Spring 2009. As this is new, there have been some difficulties, especially if you are using Windows. Most have been able to figure it out, but I am still getting email about difficulties.
Try the following in order to play the videos:
- Install the latest version of QuickTime.
- Install Safari or Firefox.
- If these don’t work, try to install Realplayer.
One, or all, of these have been successful in all cases for folks using Windows. If they don’t, consider switching to a Mac.
